Simultaneously, our cured garlic crops are brought into the workspace for braiding, woven together with dried herbs and edible flowers from our kitchen garden. Winecap mushrooms that grew alongside our heirloom garlic. This time of year tends to be just as busy as spring in one last push before the farm can begin winding down for time with our families and the quiet winter slumber.
